Thomas P. Seager, PhD is an Associate Professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering & the Built Environment at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ and co-Founder and CEO of Morozko Forge. He recently completed the first limited edition of his new book, Uncommon Cold: The Science & Experience of Cold Plunge Therapy. With more than 500 footnotes and citations, it is the definitive scientific work on cold plunge therapy. Thomas has also co-authored over 150 scientific articles related to human & infrastructure resilience, industrial ecology, and the environment.

Daniel Allen

Daniel is a proud Navajo and U.S. Army combat veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom 11. After completing his military service, he pursued higher education, earning degrees from both Diné College and Arizona State University. His career path led him to Morozko Forge, where he joined through a sister startup partnership and initially served as Production Manager. Recognizing his technical and problem-solving skills, he laterally transitioned to Research and Development, where he contributed to advancing product innovation. Currently, Daniel L. Allen serves as a Senior Innovation Engineer, specializing in the development of highly technical and custom-designed units. His expertise allows him to tailor solutions to unique challenges, integrating cutting-edge materials and design methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and durability.
Marvin Burton
Sr. Development Engineer
USAF Veteran
Marvin is an honored veteran of the United States Air Force with 15 years of active duty, and he spent two years post duty gaining experience as a Construction Manager. His background in education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Engineering. Since then, he has been a Product Development Engineer for Morozko since 2020, becoming a partner not long after. Marvin believes that "A team is only as good as its weakest link, which places added importance in identifying those who are both capable and interested in personal and professional development. I am a Product Development Engineer, and while our mission is to manufacture and supply safe, reliable ice baths, I believe our greatest product is the people who are willing to grow with us."
Adam Morgan
Sr. Research Engineer
Adam found Morozko Forge in the first year of it being a company. At the time, he was on a personal journey for living a healthy, sober life. Morozko needed skills in carpentry, refrigeration repair and maintenance at the time, and he needed a company that was in line with his values for living healthy, making collaboration a perfect match. This alignment led Adam into the role of Morozko's Senior Research Engineer, where he has worked very hard hand-in-hand with their engineers over the years to innovate the best machine possible in the ice bath industry. That hard work paid off when he was rewarded by becoming a partner.
Scott Taylor
Sales Director
Prior to Morozko, Scott's journey in sales began when earning his degree of Bachelors in Marketing from Santa Clara University, where he also played baseball. His college baseball career ended due to poor recovery from an injury, sparking a commitment to wellness, recovery, and taking charge of one's health Afterwards, he gained experience in consultative Enterprise technology sales, in both closing roles and sales team management, selling into the Fortune 1000. Backyard ice baths had such a profound impact of his health that he quit his Enterprise sales role, and after interviewing various ice bath/wellness companies, he quickly aligned himself with Morozko because of our proficiency in science, engineering, and service. Scott began working with Morozko in 2022, eventually becoming the Sales Director in 2024, where he now manages business development, pipeline, revenue, customer success, and sales personnel. He applies his consultative sales approach to every lead and customer at Morozko, believing they deserve an honest, reliable, and empowering pre and post sale experience.

Thaddeus is a proud U.S. Army veteran. As an all wheel mechanic and Hemmit wrecker driver, Thaddeus specialized in Service and Recovery as part of the 101st Airborne division in the United States Army. After his military service, he studied in sound Engineering & opened his own recording studio, where he honed his customer service skills by day while fixing large hydraulic press machinery at night. Now as the Morozko Service Director, he likes to lead with compassion & understanding in finding proper solutions for all of our customers.
