Thomas P. Seager, PhD is an Associate Professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering & the Built Environment at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ and co-Founder and CEO of Morozko Forge. He recently completed the first limited edition of his new book, Uncommon Cold: The Science & Experience of Cold Plunge Therapy. With more than 500 footnotes and citations, it is the definitive scientific work on cold plunge therapy. Thomas has also co-authored over 150 scientific articles related to human & infrastructure resilience, industrial ecology, and the environment.

Daniel Allen

Daniel is a proud Navajo and U.S. Army combat veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom 11 before earning degrees from Diné College and Arizona State University. His career at Morozko Forge began in Production Management before transitioning to Research and Development due to his exceptional technical abilities. Now serving as a Senior Innovation Engineer, Daniel specializes in developing custom-designed units that incorporate cutting-edge materials and methodologies to address unique challenges in performance and durability.

Marvin Burton
Sr. Development Engineer
USAF Veteran
Marvin is an honored U.S. Air Force veteran with 15 years of active duty, followed by two years as a Construction Manager and earning a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Engineering. Since 2020, he has served as a Product Development Engineer for Morozko Forge, quickly becoming a partner in the company. Marvin believes that team strength depends on developing capable individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth. While Morozko's mission is manufacturing reliable ice baths, he considers the company's greatest product to be the people who grow alongside it.

Adam Morgan
Sr. Research Engineer
Adam joined Morozko Forge during its first year as a company while seeking a healthier, sober lifestyle, and found his carpentry and refrigeration skills perfectly matched the company's needs and health-focused values. As Senior Research Engineer, he has collaborated closely with the engineering team to innovate the best possible ice bath technology in the industry. His dedication and contributions to Morozko's development were recognized when he was made a partner in the company.

Scott Taylor
Sales Director
Scott earned his Bachelor's in Marketing from Santa Clara University, where a baseball injury led to his commitment to wellness and recovery. After gaining experience in Enterprise technology sales for Fortune 1000 companies, his positive experience with ice baths prompted him to join Morozko in 2022, drawn by their emphasis on science and engineering. As Sales Director since 2024, Scott manages business development, revenue, customer success, and sales personnel while applying his consultative approach to ensure customers receive honest and empowering experiences.

Adrienne Norsworthy

Adrienne graduated from the School of the Arts Institute of Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and animation. At Morozko, you can find Adrienne editing videos, creating media content and managing various media sources. Outside, you can find her reading and illustrating.

Thaddeus Mclendon

U.S. Army Veteran
Thaddeus is a proud U.S. Army veteran. As an all wheel mechanic and Hemmit wrecker driver, Thaddeus specialized in Service and Recovery as part of the 101st Airborne division in the United States Army. After his military service, he studied in sound Engineering & opened his own recording studio, where he honed his customer service skills by day while fixing large hydraulic press machinery at night. Now as the Morozko Service Director, he likes to lead with compassion & understanding in finding proper solutions for all of our customers.

Synnova Blattman
Social Media & Art Assistant
Synnova is the Social Media and Art Assistant for Morozko Forge. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at Arizona State University. Her work has been exhibited at the Tucson Museum of Art and in various galleries around the Phoenix area. At Morozko, she uses her skills to create content that resonates with those who are looking to improve their health.

Michaela Dardar
Website Designer
Michaela brings a diverse background combining health proficiency & creative passion. She earned her Bachelor's in Allied Health from Nicholls State University, later adding a UX/UI Design certification from the University of Texas at Austin, along with training in alternative holistic practices. Her desire to positively impact others' lives aligned seamlessly with Morozko's mission, leading her to join as their website designer in October 2024.
