Morozko was the first to invent an ice bath that makes its own ice, and remains the coldest and most powerful ice baths in the world. Digital temperature control allows you to set your preferred temperature, whether that is 40F, 33F, or maximum ice making mode.

Morozko Ice Bath is the standard model for at-home use. The cooling and filtration will support up to two hours a day of typical cold plunge time at 34F -- even in ambient temperatures up to 110F. That's enough for 12 people to have 10 minutes of uninterrupted ice bath time, every day. Ice Bath Pro is built with twice the cooling capacity to serve busy commercial providers and clinicians. The Pro model will support 240 total minutes of ice bath time, meaning that a busy facility could offer 120 two-minute plunges/day, or 60 four-minute plunges -- either in combination with sauna, or as a stand-alone service. Ice Plunge and Ice Plunge Pro have a more compact footprint and offer a more vertical plunge experience. The increased volume/surface ratio of the Ice Plunge allows it provide the most powerful cooling of all Morozko models. Moreover, dual filtration return ports provide increased water circulation. The Ice Plunge Pro will support up to 300 minutes/day of total ice bath time. Warranty & Service The Ice Bath and Ice Plunge are built with stainless steel tubs and are backed by a 5-year warranty. To support business needs for reliable service, all Pro models come with a 72-hour on-site service guarantee. Shipment The Ice Bath and Ice Plunge are available for expedited shipping and white glove installation. The original Morozko Forge (refurb) is equipped with a zinc-galvanized stock tank, rather than a stainless steel tub. It offers the same cooling and filtration capacity, but is warrantied for only 2 years. Tub width varies between 22-24 inches and is not guaranteed. Units may have cosmetic blemishes. Allow 6-8 weeks for order fulfillment.

It is designed for indoor or outdoor use. If you live in a snowy climate, you will leave your filtration on 24/7 to keep the water moving and avoid freezing. We use a marine grade spar urethane to protect your Forge in any environment.

It will vary based on your location and the temperature of your tap water. In Arizona, Morozko will make ice 24-36 hours after installation.

All of our Forges comes with a detachable hose that can be used as a vacuum, or as a discharge hose, depending on the port to which you plug it. The hose attaches right into your regular garden hose, so you can use the Forge pump to discharge to a household drain, or outdoors. In our Yard, we use a shop vac to get the last inch of water out. ​ Our Forges only need the water changed if there is unexpected contamination.

Leave it plugged in! The GFCI protection ensures that you won't experience stray electrical currents escaping from the Forge electrical system -- even if you spill a little water. GFCI is the same protection that modern homes use in kitchens and bathrooms to prevent electrical injury in places that might get wet. ​ This ensures your safety in your Forge whether it is on or off.

Forgers use digital thermometers, aquarium thermometers, and infrared thermometers. There's usually some thermal stratification, so the water at the top will be warmer than the water on the bottom, so you'll get higher readings from floating thermometers. Another way to think about water temperature is this: Fresh water freezes at 32F, so if you've got ice in your Forge, your water temp is close to freezing!

Yes! Your Forge will be delivered via freight carrier. A dispatch coordinator will contact you to set a window of time for your delivery. They will use a liftgate to drop it off in your driveway. We recommend having a couple sets of hands nearby to help you move it to your desired location. Once you unwrap it, all you have to do is fill it up, plug it in, and turn it on! The Forge uses about 650W, which is less than a small hair dryer (800W). ​ It runs on a standard three-pronged 110v power cord, no need for additional wiring or dedicated circuit. Like your home refrigerator, most of the power goes to run the compressor that pumps the refrigerant. Some power runs the fans that cool the hot side coils, and on filtered models a small amount goes to run the filter pump and generate ozone.

The warranty covers everything, for 3 years from the date of delivery on our Filtered Forge. We provide a 5 year warranty for our Prism Forge with custom stainless steel tub. In the unlikely event you experience a defect in manufacture, we'll come to you and fix it.

Every Forge is sealed with marine grade polyurethane to protect the wood against water and sun damage. We do offer custom design options for an additional charge.

We believe a regular practice has the most benefits. Once per day is ideal, but like working out, even 3-5 times per week can have a beneficial impact on your health.

You can achieve ultimate health benefits at 2 minutes. That is the minimum length of time we recommend, and you will notice it is time to get out by your shiver response. We really prefer to keep our plunges under ten minutes, until you are well versed in your own practice.
