How to make more ice in your ice bath...

When a customer saw our Instagram video of multiple layers of ice floating at the top of our Forge, he asked:

 

"What are you using to break the ice from the bottom?  Or do you just let it naturally come up, then break the ice?"

There are two things that will help your ice release from the bottom:

  1. reprogramming your digital controller, and

  2. adding Espom salt.

Adding Epsom salt is easy.  It softens the ice, and has multiple benefits.  But reprogramming your controller complicated
